Job summary

Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort, LLC is seeking a Front Office Operator for the Full-Time Seasonal Second Shift. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling calls and in-person inquiries with a warm, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities include coordinating dispatch, logging work orders, providing accurate resort information, and supporting concierge services. Weekend and holiday availability are required for this role at the Country Inn front desk.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.
• Strong computer and typing skills.
• Experience with multi-line phone systems preferred but not required.
• Customer service oriented with a friendly, professional phone presence.

Responsibilities

• Guest communication: Answer calls promptly with proper greetings and etiquette.
• Call management: Route calls to appropriate departments using the Mitel system.
• Dispatch services: Coordinate bell staff, housekeeping, shuttle, and maintenance.
• Work orders: Log and track requests in the Work Order system.
• Information resource: Provide accurate resort details and local area info.
• Concierge support: Assist guests with directions and special requests.
• Event awareness: Stay informed on-site events and group activities.
• Guest engagement: Respond to online inquiries and follow up for satisfaction.
• Additional duties: Support management as needed.
