Concierge

What you will do:

• Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
• Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible and resolving customer complaints.
• Assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in‑house events and directions, responding to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner and making recommendations based on local knowledge and hotel practices.
• Process packages, faxes, messages, and mail, which may be either outgoing or incoming, in an accurate and timely manner.
• Assist with Front Office or Bell Stand duties as needed.
• Ensure standards are being met, guest satisfaction is high, and respond to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner.

What you bring:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
• Ability to multi‑task on several items at once.
• Working knowledge of computer systems, hotel operating systems and experience with Microsoft Suite, OPERA/Concierge Smart preferred.
• Knowledge of Vail and the surrounding communities.
• Good communication skills are a necessity, as this role has direct contact with guests.
• Fluency in English is required; applicants must have current work authorization in the United States. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.

Schedule & Hours

• This is a full‑time position.
• The successful candidate will have the ability to work morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
