Job summary

EOS Hospitality is looking for a Resort Ambassador to work at El Capitan Canyon Resort, located near Santa Barbara, California. In this role, you will greet guests and vendors, monitor the resort, and assist with various guest services while contributing to a luxury glamping experience.

This position offers an hourly rate of $18-$19 and is not remote. As a Resort Ambassador, you will play a vital role in maintaining resort integrity and ensuring guest satisfaction through active communication and responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School Education required.
• Ability to read maps necessary.
• Good verbal and written communication skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet all visitors, vendors, and contractors.
• Obtain names and information from guests entering the resort.
• Answer the telephone and relay information.
• Track packages and mail for resort operations.
• Assist with noise complaints and parking issues.
• Drive the canyon to escort guests and deliver provisions.
• Monitor the resort for deficiencies or maintenance issues.

As a Resort Ambassador at El Capitan Canyon Resort, you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team who help provide a world class guest experience while playing an important role in maintaining the integrity and security of the resort.

Job Summary

As Resort Ambassador, you will report to our Guest Services Manager. You will work together to…

• Greet all visitors, vendors, and contractors directing them to their destinations.
• Obtain names and information from our guests entering the resort.
• Answer the telephone courteously and relay information provided to the appropriate channels.
• Receiving and tracking of packages and mail for resort operations
• Note and report unusual occurrences.
• Assist with noise complaints, parking issues or other security responsibilities as needed.
• Drive the canyon regularly to escort guests, or delivering provisions to our guests in their designated cabins.
• Monitor the resort noting any deficiencies, or maintenance issues requiring attention.
• Other duties as assigned.
