Job summary

Westgate Resorts is seeking a guest-focused team member to support multiple Orlando Inhouse Resorts (Villas, Lakes, and Palace). This role requires a positive attitude, strong customer service, and basic computer knowledge. Schedule shifts include weekends and may change with seasonal demand.

Qualifications

Candidate must have customer service experience.

Responsibilities

Assist guests with inquiries and needs at the resort.
Support operations across Orlando Inhouse Resorts as needed.
