Job summary

Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa is hiring for a guest services role at our lakefront Orlando properties. You will interact with guests from around the world and help create memorable experiences while maintaining a positive, energetic attitude.

Must be able to work at all Orlando Inhouse Resorts (Villas, Lakes, Palace) on a schedule that may include weekends and seasonal variations. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth within Westgate Resorts.

Qualifications

• Must have good customer service skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Must be able and available to work at all Orlando Inhouse Resorts (Villas, Lakes, and Palace).
• Schedule will be changed as needed based on demand; must work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service to guests.
• Assist guests with inquiries and requests.
• Maintain a positive and energetic attitude under pressure.
• Support resort operations across multiple Orlando properties as needed.
