Job summary

Westgate Resorts is seeking a guest-focused team member to support multiple Orlando Inhouse Resorts (Villas, Lakes, and Palace). This role requires a positive attitude, strong customer service, and basic computer knowledge. Schedule shifts include weekends and may change with seasonal demand.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have customer service experience.
• Basic computer knowledge required.
• Must be able to work at all Orlando Inhouse Resorts (Villas, Lakes, and Palace).
• Schedule changes based on seasonal demand; weekends required.
• Able to work under pressure with a positive, energetic attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Assist guests with inquiries and needs at the resort.
• Support operations across Orlando Inhouse Resorts as needed.
