Job summary

Westgate Vacation Villas & Town Center Resort in Orlando seeks a friendly Guest Services Associate to warmly assist guests and ensure memorable experiences at our Orlando Inhouse Resorts (Villas, Lakes, and Palace).

You will provide excellent customer service, basic computer tasks, and adapt to rotating schedules, including weekends, while working under pressure with a positive attitude to delight guests throughout the season.

Qualifications

• Must have good customer service skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Must be able and available to work at all Orlando Inhouse Resorts. ( Villas, Lakes, and Palace )
• Schedule will be changed as needed based on the demand of the season and dept. ( Must work Weekends )
• Must be able to work under pressure and must have a positive and energetic attitude.
