Job summary

Town and Country Resort in San Diego seeks an energetic Activities Manager to lead our resort activities program, curate engaging experiences, and supervise a dedicated team. You will partner with Food & Beverage, Conference Services, and Marketing to deliver memorable guest events and group experiences.

The role requires developing a year-round activity calendar, tailoring programs to occupancy and demographics, and ensuring safety, budget adherence, and exceptional service across all age

Qualifications

• Experience leading hospitality activities and teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, recreation, or related field preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a year-round calendar of activities.
• Plan holiday celebrations, live performances, and group events.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise Resort Activities Attendants.
• Coordinate with Food & Beverage and Marketing teams to align programming.
• Monitor costs and track participation, revenue, and guest feedback.
