Job summary

Capital Vacations, LLC is seeking an Activities Assistant to design and implement engaging activities for resort guests. You will coordinate events, publish calendars, and ensure high standards of guest service across all guest touchpoints.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and multitasking abilities, with a focus on safety and teamwork. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in guest service/retail.
• Minimum one year of recreational activities experience.
• Timeshare experience a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to motivate guests to participate in activities.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement resort activities for all resort guests.
• Coordinate special events with off-site vendors and attractions.
• Publish and design weekly activities calendar.
• Provide exemplary guest service to owners, exchangers, and resort guests.
• Supervise and train staff as needed.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed in all recreational areas.
