Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an Activities Associate to organize and lead recreational programs for guests at our resort. You will coordinate with the Activities Supervisor to operate theaters, fitness centers, pools, banquet rooms, and other activity spaces.

Your role focuses on creating memorable experiences, promoting activities, and ensuring a safe, enjoyable environment for families and friends during their vacations.

Qualifications

• Creative and customer-obsessed individuals who enjoy guest interaction.
• Strong communication and judgement when dealing with guests and team members.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead guest activity programs at the resort.
• Supervise activity areas and assist guests in the activity center.
• Promote resort activities and register guests for events.
• Ensure safety and compliance in activity spaces and manage a cash bank when required.
