Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an enthusiastic Activities Associate to design, plan and lead guest activity programs across resort amenities, including the movie theater, fitness center, pool and cabana areas. You’ll create memorable experiences and coordinate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires strong communications, creativity and a safety-minded approach. You’ll supervise guests, register participants, handle incidents, and attend company trainings while supporting

Qualifications

• Creativity and customer obsession.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate good judgement when interacting with guests and team.
• State driver's license and ability to operate large vehicles.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Certifications such as Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid or Alcohol Awareness (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Create, plan and execute guest activity programs for the resort.
• Monitor, supervise, and assist guests in the activity center.
• Promote and register guests for resort activities.
• Conduct and record inspections of related activity areas in compliance with company standards and requirements.
• Manage a cash bank following proper cashiering procedures (when applicable).
• Attend and complete required resort and company trainings.
• Handle all safety issues and incidents immediately.
