About Our Property

Naples Grande Beach Resort is Set among lush mangrove forests on Florida’s Paradise Coast; Naples Grande Beach Resort is a 474‑room retreat offering direct access to three miles of white sand beach. The iconic resort is currently undergoing a transformative, property‑wide revitalization that will debut in early 2027, ushering in a new era of modern coastal luxury. What You Will Have An Opportunity To Do

As an Activities Attendant, you will have the opportunity to create memorable guest experiences through engaging, fun, and personalized resort activities. You will assist with planning, setting up, facilitating, and breaking down a variety of daily recreational programs for guests of all ages, while ensuring activities are safe, organized, and aligned with luxury resort standards. You will interact with guests throughout the resort, provide exceptional service, and help create a welcoming and energetic atmosphere. You will also have the opportunity to cross‑train and support other Recreation areas, including Beach Operations and Pool Operations, while developing your skills and growing within the Recreation team.

Your Role

• Facilitate a variety of daily recreational activities and programs for resort guests of all ages.
• Create fun, engaging, and memorable experiences while providing genuine, personalized guest service.
• Set up, monitor, and break down activities, ensuring all equipment and activity areas are clean, organized, and ready for guests.
• Explain activity rules, instructions, and safety guidelines clearly and confidently.
• Interact with guests throughout the resort and actively promote daily activities and programming.
• Ensure all activities are conducted safely and in accordance with resort standards and procedures.
• Assist with special events, holiday programming, and seasonal activities as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory and proper care of recreational equipment and supplies.
• Crosstrain and provide support in other Recreation areas, including Beach Operations and Pool Operations, as business needs require.
• Work collaboratively with the Recreation team to create a positive, energetic, and welcoming environment for guests and fellow team members.
