Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of customer service, administrative, healthcare support, or sales support experience preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and approved written outreach to obtain missing information or documentation.
• Perform first-level follow-up for insurance information, demographics discrepancies, and billing-related requests.
• Document outreach attempts, responses, next steps, and follow-up actions; route unclear items to supervisor.
