Responsibilities

• Perform outbound calls and written outreach to obtain missing information or documentation.
• Complete first-level follow-up for insurance information, demographic discrepancies and billing-related requests.
• Document outreach attempts, responses, next steps and follow-up actions.
• Route unclear items to the Team Lead or Supervisor.
