Responsibilities

• Provides administrative and clerical support for the Clinical Services Department while ensuring data integrity and quality.
• Facilitates the tissue acquisition process and coordinates with outside laboratories as needed.
• Processes all order- and fax-related documentation with thorough and accurate tracking and delivers prompt customer service.
