A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A Client Services Associate

The Client Services Associate is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support for the Clinical Services Department while ensuring the highest standards of clinical data integrity and quality are maintained in alignment with Clinical Services initiatives focused on improving patient treatment, health, and medical outcomes. This role is primarily responsible for facilitating the tissue acquisition process and coordinating with outside laboratories as needed, processing all order- and fax-related documentation with thorough and accurate tracking of all orders and materials received, and delivering general customer service support by responding promptly and professionally to routine requests for information via phone and electronic communication.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• One year of administrative experience.

SCHEDULE

• Monday - Friday in office from 7:30AM - 4:00PM, exempt position, working from the Phoenix, AZ office location.
