Castle Biosciences Inc. is growing, and we are looking to hire a full-time Clinical Services, Junior Specimen Processor working from our Phoenix, AZ office location, with a start date of August 31, 2026.
This entry-level position is responsible for facilitating operations within Clinical Services by ensuring the efficient receipt, organization, and distribution of incoming specimens. The role is primarily focused on opening incoming specimen shipments from a variety of sources, including pathology laboratories, hospitals, and clinics, and verifying that each specimen is matched with the appropriate accompanying documentation. Responsibilities include sorting specimens according to test type and distributing them to the appropriate laboratory areas for processing while ensuring timely delivery to designated personnel. The position also assists with recordkeeping activities, such as filing and scanning documents, provides operational support as directed by supervisors, and adheres to all Company policies, applicable standard operating procedures, and quality requirements to ensure accurate and efficient workflow.
