Job summary

JVIS USA in Michigan is seeking a hands-on Resin Materials / Feed Room Supervisor to lead the Feed Room team and ensure the production line has the correct resin and materials.

You will oversee inventory, resin releases, deliveries, scrap/regrind, and communicate with suppliers while maintaining FIFO and lot traceability.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and manufacturing experience; CMS ERP systems experience is a plus; we value reliability and strong organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; manufacturing experience required.
• Injection molding, plastics, resin, or material handling experience preferred.
• CMS/ERP experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct Feed Room employees.
• Ensure production machines have the correct resin and materials.
• Monitor resin inventory and anticipate production needs.
• Use CMS ERP system to manage resin releases and inventory.
• Coordinate resin and silo deliveries and communicate with suppliers.
• Maintain FIFO and material lot traceability.
• Oversee scrap grinding and regrind activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
