Job summary

Jvis USA, LLC is seeking a hands-on Resin Materials / Feed Room Supervisor in Michigan to oversee Feed Room employees and ensure timely resin availability for the injection molding operation. Responsibilities include resin releases, inventory control, supplier communication, and maintaining FIFO and traceability.

The ideal candidate has manufacturing experience, some supervisory background, and comfort with CMS ERP systems and basic computer skills. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing experience required.
• Injection molding, plastics, resin, or material handling experience preferred.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ERP/inventory system familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct Feed Room employees.
• Ensure production has correct resin and materials.
• Monitor resin inventory and upcoming production needs.
• Manage resin releases and inventory in CMS ERP system.
• Coordinate resin and silo deliveries with suppliers.
• Maintain FIFO and material lot traceability.
• Oversee scrap grinding and regrind activities.
• Assist with new resin trials and supplier discussions.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Purchasing and Finance.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
