Job summary

SECO ECOPLASTIC in Register, GA is seeking a Resin Feeder to support the Injection Molding area. The role reports to the Injection Molding Supervisor and focuses on safety, quality, and on-time delivery while maintaining production efficiency.

You will follow SOPs, participate in team meetings, and assist with equipment maintenance and performance tracking. Weekend and night shifts may be required, and PPE is provided for a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• 1-year direct injection machine experience.
• 1-year experience with resin feeders.
• 1-year experience with forklifts.
• 1-year experience with overhead cranes.
• 1-year continuous work experience.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders.
• Ability to follow policies and procedures.
• Ability to perform physical duties including bending, kneeling, climbing, crawling, twisting.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk on concrete for 12-hour shifts.
• Ability to work in varied indoor/outdoor conditions with PPE.

Job Details: Job Location: Register, GA 30452, Salary Range: $16.50 Hourly, We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Resin Feeder to join our MyEco team. The successful candidate will work closely under the guidance of the Injection Molding Supervisor to support the production area and ensure that safety, quality, and delivery targets are met. This role is critical in maintaining the highest production efficiencies and satisfying customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining a safe and clean work environment by following established safety policies and procedures.
• Support the Production Supervisor and Leads in daily operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Learn and adhere to standard operating procedures to ensure consistent quality and performance.
• Help manage workflow within the department to ensure on-time delivery of quality products to both internal and external customers.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in the use and maintenance of production tools and equipment.
• Provide support in tracking departmental performance measures and visual controls.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance employee relations and overall production effectiveness.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct, always exhibiting a respectful and courteous demeanor.

• Ability to read and interpret work orders
• Ability to take supervision and follow all policies and procedures
• Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting.
• Ability regularly lift and/or move up to 10 to 40 pounds.
• Ability to constantly stand and walk on concrete floors wearing safety boots during 12-hour shift.
• Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Knowledge of safety protocols and a commitment to a SAFETY-FIRST culture.
• Flexibility to work weekends and nights.
