Job summary

Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) is seeking a Program Management Office SME to support the Ready and Resilient Training Services program at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, VA.

The role requires delivering input for curriculum development, evaluation, and redesign to enhance resilience and performance across military training. The PMO SME will brief and advise the Army’s T2COM, coordinate with stakeholders, and participate in program updates.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Counseling Education, Coaching Education, or Kinesiology with sport/performance emphasis.
• Preferred certifications or memberships: AASP, CMPC, ABSP.
• Minimum three years’ experience teaching, coaching, or instructing resilience and performance skills.
• Must pass NAC/NACI Tier 1 background check and maintain clearance.
• Ability to meet with government counterparts and communicate effectively.
• Experience performing Quality Control checks on training.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the Subject Matter Expert, providing resilience and performance consultation.
• Provide input for training development, implementation, evaluation, and redesign of the R2 TS Program.
• Briefs and advises on resilience and performance enhancement related to curriculum and programs.
• Conducts and attends external meetings, site visits, and communicates program metrics to stakeholders.
• Participates in program update briefings.
