Job summary

Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) seeks a Ready and Resilient Training Services PMO SME to guide training development, implementation, evaluation, and redesign of the R2 TS program. You will brief Army T2COM on resilience and performance curricula delivered to Joint Base Langley-Eustis, VA.

Required: Master’s degree in psychology or related field, 3+ years in resilience training, and strong communication skills; NAC/NACI Tier 1 background clearance is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Counseling Education, Coaching Education, or Kinesiology with specialized emphasis in sport and/or performance psychology.
• Three years’ experience teaching, coaching, or instructing resilience and performance enhancement skills, philosophies, and competencies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to meet with Government counterparts and undergo NAC/NACI Tier 1 background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the Subject Matter Expert, providing resilience and performance consultation expertise.
• Provide input for all training development, implementation, evaluation, and redesign of the R2 TS Program.
• Briefs and advises on the delivery of resilience and performance enhancement as it relates to current and planned curriculum and programs.
• Conducts and attends external meetings, conducts site visits, communicates program metrics to stakeholders.
• Participates in program update briefings.
