Job summary

Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) is seeking a Program Management Office SME in Hampton, VA to provide resilience and performance consultation for the Ready and Resilient Training Services program.

The role involves input across training development, implementation, evaluation, and redesign, to support Army T2COM and Joint Base Langley-Eustis operations. The PMO SME will brief and advise on curriculum delivery, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure quality through site visits and program

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Counseling Education, Coaching Education, or Kinesiology with emphasis in sport/performance psychology.
• Minimum three years’ experience teaching, coaching, or instructing resilience and performance enhancement skills.
• NAC/NACI Tier 1 background investigation required at start of contract and maintained throughout.
• Ability to brief Government counterpart and communicate program metrics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for resilience and performance consultation.
• Provide input for training development, implementation, evaluation, and redesign of the R2 TS Program.
• Brief and advise on resilience and performance enhancement as it relates to curriculum and programs.
• Attend external meetings, conduct site visits, and communicate program metrics to stakeholders.
• Participate in program update briefings.
