Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Manager Resilience Lead in Goodyear, AZ to lead a team protecting people, operations, and assets during disruptive events. You will own crisis response coordination, contingency planning, and protective deployment across Amazon’s network.

Role requires 7+ years in risk/compliance, 5+ years in program management, and strong leadership with cross-functional partners. Follow-the-Sun coverage and continuous improvement are core elements of the role.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience
• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, MS Project)
• Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain E2E contingency playbooks for capacity loss at origin and volume impediment to destination scenarios
• Coordinate Crisis Management Team activations for multi-site events
• Build resilience capability by training teams, exercising plans, and preparing the business to respond to disruptive events
• Partner with Operations, CX, and GSOC to understand network flows and impact of disruptions on delivery promises
• Own programme governance with metrics, dashboards, reporting, and stakeholder cadences
• Drive after-action reviews to identify root causes and feed lessons back into playbooks and standards
• Translate security policies into operational applications across regional teams
