Cast & Crew is seeking a Residuals Processing Coordinator in California to support sorting, packaging, and processing residual checks for multiple guilds. The role involves high-accuracy data entry, client communications, and meticulous documentation.

You will handle invoices, tracking, and pay histories while ensuring timely delivery and adherence to compliance. The team emphasizes efficiency, collaboration, and a strong customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Sort residuals checks, invoices, and packaging for guild delivery.
• Maintain a tracking log for outgoing checks and delivery slips.
• Assist with residual adjustments and data entry of residual setups.
• Answer talent calls and emails; process stop reissues, pay histories, beneficiaries.
• Print residual invoices and match to residual checks.
• Log and package checks for driver delivery to guilds.
• Log and scan incoming delivery slips for guild verification.
• Other duties as assigned.
