Responsibilities

• Sort residuals checks, invoices, and packaging for guilds.
• Maintain tracking log for outgoing checks and delivery slips.
• Assist with residual adjustments and data entry.
• Answer talent calls and emails; process stop reissues and pay histories.
• Print invoices and match to residual checks.
• Log and package checks for delivery.
• Log and scan inbound delivery slips for guild verification.
• Other duties as assigned.
