Cast & Crew is seeking a Contributions Coordinator in Burbank to balance and report pension, health, and welfare contributions for unions and guilds. The Contributions Coordinator reconciles, balances and reports Pension, Health & Welfare, and other benefits to the unions and guilds as well as researches and resolves inquiries pertaining to various unions and guilds. The coordinator must also have a basic understanding of accounting principles, a high level understanding of union rules/rates and basic knowledge of payroll systems and processes. This position will be required to establish and maintain good working relationships with unions, guilds, fund offices, and production clients.

Compensation is commensurate with various factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, skills, training, licensure, certifications, geographic cost of labor, and other business and organizational needs. Compensation range for candidates in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. The compensation range for this position is: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour.
