WellLife Network in New York, NY is seeking a Child Support Professional to provide compassionate supervision and therapeutic support for youth in residence within the Community Residence Program. You will support skill-building, family engagement, and daily living activities in a structured, safe environment.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, documentation, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. A high school diploma is required and a New York driver’s license is mandatory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with children who have emotional or behavioral needs is preferred.
• Valid New York State driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized supervision and care to residents, ensuring safety and well-being.
• Model positive behaviors and uphold core program values in daily interactions.
• Teach daily living and social skills and document progress in records.
• Participate in service planning, trauma-informed care, and family engagement activities.
• Escort residents to appointments, activities, and community outings with supervision.
