Mountain Youth Academy, a UHS company, seeks a Social Worker (MA/MSW) to join our residential program for young adolescents. Licensed or eligible to gain licensure as an LPC or LCSW in Tennessee is required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree, Social Work or related field required.
• LPC/LCSW licensure preferred or candidates eligible to gain licensure in Tennessee.
• Two years' experience in group, individual and family therapy preferred.
• Excellent communication with health care professionals, verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate delivery of student continuing care and family services.
• Provide clinical support, interventions, psychosocial assessments and treatment planning.
• Conduct group, individual and family therapy.
• Maintain EHR for patients and coordinate with dorm teams.
• Assist with admissions and discharges information.
