Job summary

Youth Opportunity & West Central Ohio Academy in Troy, Ohio, seeks an Assistant Facility Administrator to lead operations in a residential youth services program. This full-time role focuses on program excellence, compliance, and staff development while maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment for youth and staff.

You will supervise facility staff, act as designee in the absence of the Facility Administrator, support treatment delivery, and help ensure licensing, accreditation, and contract

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in social or behavioral sciences.
• 3+ years experience working with at-risk youth and families.
• 2+ years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Directly or indirectly supervise facility staff and operations.
• Serve as Facility Administrator designee in their absence.
• Lead service delivery to ensure safety and therapeutic environment.
• Support licensing, accreditation, and contract compliance.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding staff.
• Ensure compliance with health, fire, and safety codes.
• Report incidents per guidelines.
