• Bachelor's degree in social or behavioral sciences.
• Minimum of three years' experience with at-risk youth and families.
• At least two years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Directly or indirectly supervise facility staff and day-to-day operations.
• Serve as Facility Administrator designee in their absence.
• Lead service delivery to ensure safety and a therapeutic environment.
• Support licensing, accreditation, and contract compliance.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding staff.
• Follow procedures for budgeting and purchasing.
