Elmcrest Children’s Center in Syracuse, NY, seeks a Residential Program Supervisor to lead daily tasks, ensure quality of care for youth, and provide staff direction and support of treatment strategies.

You will promote safety, oversee schedules, coordinate with medical and maintenance, handle incident reporting, and mentor staff while participating in on-call rotations; strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED. College and experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Uphold OCFS/Agency policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate understanding of residential care models (Boys Town, PEM, TCI).
• Lead program/cohort safety and security; use critical thinking for on-call decisions.
• Maintain records and documentation; oversee staff logs and communications.
• Prepare staff schedules; monitor PTO, vacancies, and shift changes.
• Provide emergency and planned shift coverage.
• Ensure incident reports are filed and notifications made as needed.
• Provide feedback to Campus Manager and Directors on staff performance.
