St. Catherine’s Center for Children in Albany, NY, seeks a Residential Program Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of the residential program, overseeing staff and ensuring a safe, therapeutic environment for youth.

You will supervise shifts, coordinate services with the Treatment Team, and maintain compliant documentation while modeling compassionate care and collaboration with families and partners.

Formación

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree or higher in Human Services preferred.
• Experience: Professional experience working with children with emotional/behavioral challenges.
• De-escalation & Crisis Care: Experience with non-physical de-escalation, TCI, trauma-responsive care.
• Driver’s License & Age: NYS driver’s license, clean record, 21+ years old.
• Vehicle Operations: Ability to operate 8-15 passenger van; agency van certification within 90 days.
• Medication Administration: Certification to administer medications.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Lead shift operations and collaborate with teams.
• Therapeutic Engagement: Warm, empathetic caregiving with boundaries.
• Communication & Documentation: Strong communication with attention to regulatory docs.
• Ethics & Confidentiality: HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
• Adaptability & Resilience: Maintain composure and make decisions in dynamic environments.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Director in training, mentoring, and supervising staff.
• Provide supervision, modeling, and performance management of shift staff.
• Ensure staff adhere to agency policies and maintain documentation.
• Review staffing and shift logs daily and coordinate with Shift Leaders.
