Woodfords Family Services in Biddeford, Maine seeks a Residential Coordinator to manage daily operation of designated residences, supervise DSPs, and ensure residents receive high‑quality care in line with agency, state, and federal standards.

This onsite, full-time role requires on‑call availability and involves coordinating transport, trainings, onboarding, and ongoing support to promote independence and community participation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; higher degrees preferred.
• Direct Support Professional (DSP) certification.
• CMRA certification through the State of Maine.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support DSPs at the assigned residence.
• Provide training, oversight, and approval for DSP documentation.
• Participate in screening, hiring, and onboarding DSPs.
• Organize and oversee daily task workflows for the residence.
