Job summary

Waypoint is seeking a Workforce Manager for Residential Services to support House Managers by training, scheduling, and monitoring QA protocols to ensure high-quality member care.

This exempt, full-time role requires after-hours and weekend on-call coverage and reports to the Director of Residential Member Services. A BS/BA in a related field and 2–5 years of experience with developmental disabilities are preferred.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• BS/BA degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling for residential programs and assign DSPs.
• Provide after-hours and weekend on-call coverage for staffing needs.
• Interview, hire, train, schedule and supervise Per Diem and Flex DSPs.
• Maintain master schedule in Makeshift and reflect current staffing patterns in Ascentra.
• Communicate with Directors and House Managers about staffing concerns.
• Provide program oversight in the absence of a House Manager.
• Assist with training and support of new managers.
• Assist with training and support of DSPs.
• Review Incident Reports/Reportable Events for thorough and timely reporting.
• Maintain DSP/CRMA credentials.
• Familiarize with HCBS Rule and licensing regulations for staff.
