Job summary

Waypoint seeks a Workforce Manager for Residential Services to oversee scheduling, training, and QA for House Managers, with after-hours on-call duties. This role reports to the Director of Residential Member Services and collaborates with Directors and House Managers.

Required are 2–5 years in developmental disabilities, a BS/BA, leadership experience, and strong computer skills. Travel between homes and admin sites may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• BS/BA degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling for residential programs, assigning DSPs by experience and credentials.
• Provide after-hours and weekend on-call coverage for staffing needs.
• Interview, hire, train, schedule and supervise Per Diem and Flex DSPs.
• Maintain master schedule reflecting current staffing patterns.
• Communicate with Directors and House Managers about staffing needs.
• Assist in training and supporting new managers and DSPs.
