Job summary

ViaQuest Residential Services seeks a dedicated professional to coordinate supports for individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. This full-time, on-call position offers a salary of $48,000 per year.

Responsibilities include coordinating services, supervising Direct Support Professionals, managing medical appointments, and ensuring quality care. Strong communication with families and county partners is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required, 3 years in developmental disabilities field.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s level degree in related field preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Supervisory or management experience.
• Good decision-making and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure individuals served receive quality services and are engaged with the community.
• Coordinate and manage all services and supports for individuals, including medical appointments, household management, behavior management, financial services, benefits, etc.
• Use behavioral health interventions to improve outcomes for individuals served.
• Assist in development of behavior support strategies and ensure implementation, including training and assessing effectiveness.
• Collaborate with all team members to ensure great communication and customer service.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals and ensure thorough training and high-quality service.
• Monitor staffing hours to ensure appropriate services and coverage for all shifts.
• Provide excellent customer service to individuals served, families/guardians, county board, and service team.
