Job summary

Meridian Waste is seeking a Residential Driver to safely operate a collection truck and provide prompt waste removal services. You will inspect vehicles, follow safety standards, and maintain courteous interactions with customers along your route.

Qualified candidates hold a Class B+ CDL with air brakes and have at least two years of experience driving heavy commercial trucks. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on safety and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Operate a residential collection truck along designated routes.

• Complete required route productivity sheets and vehicle reports.
• Interact professionally with customers, dispatchers and coworkers.
• Identify unsatisfactory waste containers and report safety issues.
