GFL Environmental Inc. in Texas is hiring a Waste/Trash Collector driver to operate residential/recycling collection routes. You will load, compact, and transport solid waste and recyclables, perform pre-trip inspections, and maintain safety and route quality.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a Commercial Driver's License, 1 year of commercial driving experience, and ability to lift; overtime may be required; strong safety focus.

Mansioni

• Operate a residential/recycling collection on specified routes using side-load and rear-load trucks.
• Load waste and recyclables into the vehicle and compact trash.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections and complete required reports.
• Communicate mechanical issues to supervisor or mechanic promptly.
• Maintain route quality standards and follow safety guidelines.
• Attend safety and branch meetings and perform other duties as required.
