Qualifications

• Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
• Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience or CDL school certificate.
• Must meet safety-sensitive criteria per company standards.
• Ability to safely drive the truck and operate equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate residential/recycling collection truck on assigned route.
• Load waste/recyclables and assist with container management.
• Perform pre-trip/post-trip safety inspections and recordkeeping.
• Identify and remove prohibited waste items and report issues.
• Maintain truck cleanliness and proper vehicle upkeep.
• Communicate mechanical issues to supervisor or mechanic.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
