You will operate a residential collection truck, perform pre/post-trip inspections, load and compact waste, and collaborate with supervisors to maintain quality service. Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED desired.
• Must possess a Commercial Driver’s License.
• Minimum one year of commercial driving experience OR CDL school certificate.
• Must meet safety sensitive functions criteria per Company standards.
• Must demonstrate ability to safely drive the truck and operate the equipment.

Aufgaben

• Operate a residential/recycling collection truck to collect solid waste and/or recyclables on designated routes.
• Load waste/recyclables into the truck; operate equipment to compact trash.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections and complete reports.
• Communicate vehicle issues to supervisor promptly.
• Maintain route quality and follow safety standards and company policies while on route.
• May supervise assigned helpers and coordinate with supervisor to improve routing.
