Job summary

CADES is seeking a Treatment Manager to supervise multiple Community Living Arrangement homes under PA 6400 regulations. You will lead DSPs, ensure ISP adherence, and coordinate with leadership to provide safe, person-centered care.

The role emphasizes supervision, staff development, regulatory compliance, and efficient operations in a fast-paced home setting. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or Master’s with relevant IDD experience.
• 2+ years supervising staff in a unionized setting.
• 3+ years working with individuals with multiple disabilities/IDDs and safety needs.
• Experience with ISP implementation, documentation, and audits.
• Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach DSPs; manage staffing levels and scheduling.
• Oversee ISP implementation and quarterly assessments for individuals.
• Coordinate with Program Manager and Overnight Supervisor; conduct evaluations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and training for staff; monitor documentation and safety.
