TileBar, a member of Soho Studio Corp, seeks a Trade Sales Representative in Las Vegas to engage residential clients and drive growth. This role blends remote client engagement with in-person meetings and light travel, primarily serving A&D accounts and maintaining deep product knowledge.

You will manage the full sales cycle, leverage CRM for quotes and orders, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to stay ahead of industry trends. A strong, self-motivated communicator is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3–5+ years of sales/business development experience, ideally in tile, flooring, or design.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
• Comfortable with CRM software and digital communication tools.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for A&D clients, offering product guidance and recommendations.
• Proactively engage with new and existing clients via phone, video calls, and in-person meetings.
• Travel to client offices, trade shows, and networking events (min. 20% time).
• Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to order fulfillment.
• Process quotes, orders, and account activities using the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to stay updated on offerings and trends.
• Maintain a service-oriented approach, addressing inquiries promptly.
