Job summary

WAUSAU TILE LLC is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to manage and grow the Las Vegas and Arizona territory. This remote, 1099 contractor role requires a proven track record building relationships with architects, contractors and distributors, and a strong aptitude for closing deals.

You will represent all five divisions, promote interior and exterior product lines, generate leads, manage proposals and orders, and use Salesforce to track opportunities and report activity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of outside sales experience in construction or building materials
• 5+ years in construction-related products
• Ability to travel daily within the territory, occasional overnights
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Grow sales revenue by acquiring new accounts and expanding relationships
• Represent Wausau Tile’s full product portfolio to architects and contractors
• Generate leads and build a robust pipeline
• Manage proposals, negotiations, and order logistics
• Use Salesforce to track opportunities and report activity
• Provide post-sale support and ensure customer satisfaction
