Job summary

TileBar in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Residential Sales Representative to engage architects and homeowners, manage the full sales cycle, and travel to client offices and events as needed.

You will build relationships, present product guidance, process quotes and orders in our CRM, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to stay current with offerings. This full-time role offers a competitive compensation package and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in sales and/or business development, preferably within tile, flooring, or design industry.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal team.
• Comfortable with CRM software and digital communication tools.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of A&D clients, providing expert guidance and product recommendations.
• Proactively engage with new and existing clients via phone, video calls, and in-person meetings.
• Travel to client offices, trade shows, and networking events as needed (minimum 20% of the time).
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to order fulfillment, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Process quotes, orders, and account activities using our CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to stay updated on new product offerings and industry trends.
• Maintain a service-oriented approach, addressing customer inquiries promptly.
