MHW Search is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for a residential title company in Texas. You will lead 5–7 sales representatives, set strategy, and collaborate with escrow and operations to align sales and closing activities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales or business development experience in residential title, escrow, mortgage, real estate, or related industry
• Prior leadership experience managing a sales team or acting as a senior sales leader/player-coach
• Demonstrated success recruiting or helping attract sales talent
• Track record of improving sales performance, team accountability, and market penetration

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of 5–7 residential title sales representatives
• Recruit, interview, and onboard additional sales reps to support growth
• Establish clear sales goals, KPIs, activity expectations, and accountability standards across the team
• Lead regular sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and one-on-one coaching sessions
• Help sales reps improve prospecting, relationship management, follow-up, and referral partner engagement
• Partner with escrow, operations, and leadership teams to ensure strong communication between sales and closing teams
• Monitor sales activity, revenue production, referral sources, and market opportunities
• Identify areas where individual sales reps need support, training, or additional structure
• Create consistency around sales process, messaging, client outreach, and market coverage
• Serve as a resource to the sales team on title-related questions, client issues, and relationship strategy
• Help leadership evaluate team performance, hiring needs, compensation structure, and growth opportunities
• Represent the company professionally in the market while supporting overall brand growth
