Job summary

The Care Center, Inc. is hiring for full-time and part-time roles in Kittanning, PA. You will oversee operations of CRR transitions, assist clients with moving into permanent housing, and lead recreational activities at two residential sites.

The role requires a High School Diploma, 2 years of behavioral health residential experience, and valid PA driving credentials. Responsibilities include implementing Service Plans, coordinating with support agencies, and maintaining safety, documentation,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of skills, experience, and education may be considered.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Behavioral Health Residential Programming.
• Must have a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Must obtain required clearances (Criminal History, State Police, FBI) and be eligible for Medicare/Medicaid participation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee smooth operation of CRR transitions and assist with move-ins/outs.
• Provide hands-on instruction to clients to implement Service Plans and client development.
• Lead recreational and social activities at both locations.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness; respond to emergencies.
• Assist in daily programming activities and transportation when needed.
• Serve as liaison between staff and outside support agencies.
