The Care Center, Inc. in Butler, PA is seeking a Full Time supervisor to oversee licensed and non-licensed program activities and coordinate residential staff, ensuring compliance with CRR regulations and quality service delivery.

The role emphasizes safeguarding residents, coordinating shifts, training staff, and preparing required program reports while maintaining confidentiality and ethics in accordance with governing standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field; or a bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field, plus 2 years of mental health direct care experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field is required for some candidates.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a caseload proportionate to the regulatory supervisory ratio and provides billable case management services to consumers.
• Fill vacant shifts and assist with management of health and safety of residents.
• Review and analyze staff work related to delivery of services.
• Participate in staff development and training on trauma-informed, recovery-focused, integrated care and supervisory techniques.
• Submit release of service-related correspondence and ensure timely preparation of reports and documentation.
• Provide technical assistance to program staff.
• Participate in the residential on-call rotation.
• Conduct ongoing utilization review activities ensuring adherence to managed care standards.
