Job summary

Vector Security is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth across residential and small business markets in Virginia Beach. You will build a pipeline, cultivate relationships, and close deals in the field.

This role offers a base salary plus uncapped commission, with first-year earnings guided to $60k–$80k. You will educate customers on Vector Security products, manage the full sales cycle, and contribute to a high-performance team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong prospecting skills to build new business.
• Proven ability to close sales and negotiate.

Responsibilities

• Sell Vector’s residential solutions and achieve sales orders, RMR and unit targets.
• Generate sales opportunities through cold calling, community involvement, and partnerships.
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge through training and certifications.
• Educate customers about Vector Security products and services.
• Maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction throughout the life of the customer.
• Identify new market segments and opportunities to market products.
