Qualifications

• Two years in the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) field.
• Current driver license with Non-Restricted Motor Vehicle Record.
• Successful completion of required training including CPR and First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Oversee team of DSPs and Supervisors, ensuring high-quality support.
• Monitor implementation of policies and ensure compliance.
• Serve as a point of contact for escalated issues.
